About Us
Who we are
St Martins Day Nursery has been caring for and educating the children of Barnsley for over 15 years.
Our day nursery offers full and part time care for children from 3 months to 5 years.
We also offer free funded sessions for eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
Our Out of School Club caters for children from 5 to 11 years.
What we offer
At St Martins we recognise that all children have different needs and our wide curriculum reflects this.
Activities within nursery include: painting, baking, gardening, role play, ICT, play dough, music, ball pool and soft play to list a few. All our staff follow the Early years foundation stage and we are proud to have received 'OUTSTANDING' at our latest OFSTED inspection.
Working with you
We know that leaving a child at nursery for the first time is not easy and we will try at all times to make sure your child is happy during this transition stage. We work in partnership with you to provide opportunities for the all round development of your child. We value your thoughts and opinions and will provide time to discuss the individual needs and development of your child as necessary or as requested.
